A new Trio Presidency (Italy-Latvia-Luxemburg) has started in the middle of this year and the topic of this structured dialogue cycle is ‘Youth empowerment- access to rights and political participation of young people’. Charlotte Klinting (AFS Denmark) has been appointed by EFIL as the new EFIL representative for Structured dialogue and will represent EFIL at the EU Youth Conference in Rome on 13-16 October. The structured dialogue process has changed from the precious cycles and there will be only one public consultation on the topic within the 18 months of the Trio Presidency. This first EU Youth conference will define the questions of the consultation.
