The Forum on Intercultural Learning and Exchange (FILE) is an annual conference that explores a particular topic in international educational exchange that has not received much sustained focus. EFIL is project partner of an Erasmus+ funded project aimed at the recognition of competences from youth mobility through the innovative system of Open badges.
